Evidence of Bonafide Marital Relationship

I'm Getting together my I-130 packet to send out on Friday. Right now, my only hang up and concern is that I do not have enough evidence of a bonafide marital relationship. I'm attaching pictures that show places we have traveled to together, our wedding, and me with his family and friends. I am also attaching my phone record showing how often we talk on the phone. I don't know if this is enough. I tried to get affidavits from his friends who were at our wedding in Morocco, but there's no way that I could have got them notarized in Morocco, apparently. I have all of our facebook and MSN conversations. However, that's a lot of pages to attach to my packet. I don't know if I should just forego sending them any of our conversation, pick and choose pieces of the conversations to send, or to put all of them onto a CD, or thumb drive and include that in the package. I'm not even sure that the last one is possible. Does anyone know if sending a CD or thumb drive with information is acceptable? Thank you so much for your help!

Electronic media is not accepted at any stage of the process. Affidavits from folks who know nothing more about your actual relationship than what they observed at a wedding or reception would be useless anyway. When it comes to evidence of how and how frequently you communicate, think more in terms of quality examples, than quantity. Evidence of the time you've spent together in person is the most powerful.

You posted in the K3 forum. K3 is an obsolete visa. Time to study the CR1 visa guide. No K3 in your future.

Just to clarify notarized statements are allowed, normally in Morocco the translators have notarization authorization as well. Once notarized you use them to translate the document.

Good luck on your journey.

When it comes to pictures, remember quality over quantity. It sounds like you've got this covered, but just to clarify:

100 pictures of just the two of you with no background will get you nowhere.

10 pictures where it's obvious that they've been taken in different settings, at different times and with different people will get you far.

So when sending pictures, remember to make sure you can tell from the backgrounds that the pictures were in fact taken in very different settings and places.

Why to post in the K-3 forum ?

do you realize how much 'holding a K-3 visa' hampers a Man from Morocco, after arriving in the USA?

What's up ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Petitioners are US Citizens, they never hold US visas. The K3 visa holder (in the extremely rare event somebody would actually receive a K3 visa) cannot work upon arrival and must adjust status or apply for and receive work authorization after arrival. CR1 and IR1 arrive as permanent residents, fully authorized to work.

FWIW, the petitioner usually will pay another bunch of monies for the K-3 visa holder to get a green card.
