They are lying that it can take a few months to get there, and your proof is all of us here and everyone before us. I wish I can offer some other sort of advice. I would not be as calm as you are now if I was in the same situation :no:

I know they are lying. I just don't know what I can do. I am so pissed that people whose cases were approved after mine are already getting case numbers when there is no sign of mine even leaving USCIS.

I spoke to a supervisor at USCIS. I was told that the file is still there and will be sent out eventually. I was told that it can take 60 to 90 days to send the files to NVC. I don't know what it is that I can do.

We still haven't got an interview date, but now I don't care! In two weeks I'll be with Mr. Sheeshka and we can wait the rest of this out together!

MCMLXXXII, I'd be so mad.. omg! 2mo5pow.gif I felt the same way when USCIS gave me the same bullshit about "Your case is still processing" and my Congressman found out they actually misplaced lost the file in AUGUST, three months after we sent it to them.. so it floated around being someone's freaking coaster for FIVE MORE MONTHS! After my Congressman lit a fire under their worthless arses, two weeks we had an approval. And the general public wonders why people come here illegally (I do NOT condone illegal immigration, but I can sympathize)

Omg this is sooooooo crazy Wat the hell is up with uscis. They told u they actually still have it there? Weren't they ashamed to tell u that!!!! Don't give up keep calling uscis n ur congressman if u have to. I pray desperatly for u to get it by monday.

Is there a per country Police Clearance Certificate expiry? say, when is a PCC considered expired? My wife requested PCC Feb. Wondering if she needs a new one.

Guangzhou considers the "White Book" police certificate valid for 1 year

In theory, you don't. But none of us have tested that theory. Are you using Internet Explorer? I had all kinds of issues using firefox and chrome while logged on the payment portal. Try using a different browser.

I always use the email cover sheet option and it comes straight to whatever email I specify... Try that instead!!!
