1 st divorced and remarried for immigration purposes

2nd summited false materials

First of all i been married to my husband for almost 4 years and we been together for 5 when we arrived to the window 20 at the embassy she right away stated o you were married before and had kids with a different man while u were married i explained to her that yes i was married and that he abandon me that was also the decree of our divorced that he abandon me and i explain to her we were separated when i concieved my kids for almost 5 years and i could not afford a divorce and i left it alone until i met the love of my life which is my husband of 4 years was when i was woking making good money and decided to divorced so i did and my ex husband sign the divorced papers under abandament. So i married my SO 2 months after my divorced but did not summit i 130 right away i waited 2 years which i just wanted to make sure i was doing the right thing before i petitioned my SO we married in 2008 and in 2010 i summited all paperwork. I just dont understand why my past has to affect my present not only that without even asking us for proof nothing at all just Denied us after the 20 questions she asked and that our case was being sent back to USCIS to be revoked..

The day after the interview i went to a lawyer in DR and explained my case and she said that she will prepare a letter for us to take to the embassy and she will also email the general consul, on friday the 09 of March the General consul contacted my lawyer via email advising that he will review our case before it is sent back..... does anyone have advise on what other options i might have.....;(

Thanks i am also happy when my husband called me and told me this at least it gives me hope. But either way i would not give up without a good fight and they have to prove that my relationship is for immigration purposes because i have all the proof that its not and i will win trust me i will.....

I didnt send anything false everything i sent to them was prepared by my lawyer so i have no idea what they were talking about but anyway i know i will overcome there decision because they have to have proof they cannot just determined we were married for immigration purposes or even state we summited false materials without having proof.....

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
