Hello All,

I received an e-mail and text this morning. Below is what it says.

We have applied for AOS in September after K1 process was complete, received an RFE for medical, took care of it and sent back about a month ago. I thought the next step is for us to receive an interview day. But this e-mail sounds like they are skipping this step. Does this ever happen?

I don't want to be a party pooper and I really hope it means you were approved but it's weird that you didn't get first a notice that you have been approved and then the notice about card production. The reason I am saying it, is because I had a problem with receiving mail at the beginning of the AOS process and when they fixed it and re-sent me all the documents like NOA1 and biometrics appointment the status on the website for my case also said that exact massage of card being sent to me but obviously it was a mistake and they changed it back to a different status after a while.

Just call the customer service number to be sure so you wont get disappointed, But I really do hope it really means your card is on its way and congrats!
