Hey everyone,

I'm putting together my petition packet (I-129F) and I'm searching through old boxes for the "evidence" they ask for, to prove your relationship. Can anyone tell me how many photos is appropriate to send in the packet? I have sooooo many, but I don't want to send them TOO many.

Thanks in advance :)

Photos are secondary evidence so there aren't really many required, no more than 10

Focus on the evidence that you've met in person - passport stamps, bording passes, etc

Good luck

I sent four. There is another on here that sent one. We're both approved!

Of course there are those that front loaded everything into the I-129f and put a guy at USCIS out on workmen's comp for back injuries....

I've sent 12. I am aware that they are secondary evidence, but I saw my fiance three times last year and I wanted to include photos from each of my trips - not only ours, but him with my family as well.

Don't over do it, send what you are comfortable with.

Good Luck :)

I spoke to a USCIS employee and they told me around 5 should be ok. They told me that pictures with their family members are especially beneficial to proving your relationship status. I guess if you're good enough for mom and dad you're good enough for USCIS :P Either way, good luck!!!
