Hey guys...

Well, no easy way to say this but.. Fiance doesn't want to get married anymore. He said he is not ready and tons of stuff like that... He is scared of the thought that it might not work out in the end.

I am barely holding it together, but I just wanted to get some advice. What will happen if I cancel the interview? Where do I stand? Will I be able to schedule another one some day IF anything changes or? :(

Sorry to hear that. I'm not sure, probably, but your NOA2 only lasts for I think 4 months. Once that expires, you'd need to go through the whole process again. Are you in a position to delay the interview then travel out to meet him? If you can do that, you might be able to resolve the problems.

So sorry for you, this process is so hard and you're so close to being through it.

I'm not really sure what happens. I think once the NOA2 expires, you will have to start from the beginning. But I'm not positive. Maybe make a separate thread so that some of the more experienced VJers can help you out.

I'm really sorry to read about this. Maybe he's just getting cold feet. Can you go visit him and reassure him that it will be ok and that it's what you both wanted so badly a few short months ago?

Hi guys being alittle busy cuz my boo is round , any way quick updated the doc have not reach guyana yet

i'm still waiting dont know how long it will take to reach.. so the wait is still on , wishing u guys good luck ..

This is one of the saddest things I've read here - I'm so sorry you're in this position. I think the others have a point, this isn't something you can easily resolve through technology, you need to see each other's faces, hold each other's hand while you talk this through.

The NOA2 IS only valid for 4 months so, while you could reschedule the interview I doubt they will extend the approval notice period. Always worth asking though.

As hard as it is, it's always worth knowing up front where issues are. How open is he to resolving this? Is he digging his heels in on it or do you sense he could move?

I am so, so sorry to hear about this. I hope you guys can resolve whatever issues there are between you, but just know that if things don't work out, you will heal in time. I agree with some of the others that it might be worth seeing each other in person to decide if the relationship is over. If it is over for sure, cancel the interview. Not sure if you have to withdraw the petition, but you should ask the VJ community, just in case you do. I'm really sorry. :(
