There is no urgent fee or expedite procedures through a fee. May have been a misunderstanding. Its going to come, don't worry. They do a background check sometimes and it takes a little bit of time, since you are from Pakistan.

Well my friend, USCIS and DOS both have different security checks. Usually the ones at DOS are known as AP / AR but this seems like a normal check with the USCIS CSC. Don't worry, its gonna be fine. You will get your NOA2 soon. I know it gets very frustrating but hang in there.

The fee to be able to expidite urgent processing applies to I-129 employment-based visa petitions not I-129F relating to Fiancee visa petitions.

 Yeah, hang in there. I am one of those that filed quite a bit after you and have my approval now. You can be assured I did NOT pay any additional fee. Just the standard I-129f filing fee. Some cases, for mysterious reasons, take longer than others. Good luck to you.

Again, your delay is due to IMBRA although of course it is possible you are being held up for another reason. Have you tried contacting a senator or congressman to make an official inquiry? This is probably the next best thing you can do. There is no way to pay a fee for expediting a I-129F - if there were, we would all do it. Good luck.

there is no truth to that There is no premium processing available for Fiancee visa petitions.

If there is... we could have been paid for that so we dont have to wait endlessly.

i think everybody will avail for that premium :D

As other's have stated there isn't an expedite for your type of visa like other I-129s. Keep hangin in there I waited over 365 days for NOA-2 and I was pre-IMBRA with no RFEs once they actually looked at the paperwork it was less than 30 days for a decision.

4-11-2006 Emailed CSC

4-12-2006 Emailed Congressman

4-13-2006 Got response from CSC stating that the file has been requested for processing (Hopefull yeah!)

6-30-2006 Exchange email with CSC--file is being processed contact again in 30 days

7-30-2006 CSC no longer accepts email

8-21-2006 NOA-2 Fantastic!

9-8-2006 NVC supposedly sends to Embassy

10-4-2006 Embassy doesn't have paperwork yet?

10-11-2006 Interview set for 10-25-2006

i think everybody will avail for that premium

And then everyone would be back to the exact same schedule as now. The only difference would be that it cost more. Let's all be glad they don't offer it.
