Can you please have your wife come online?

I want to know what evidence you sent with the I-130

I want to know what evidence you sent for the NOIR?

I know there are two immigration attorneys VJ recommends but I forgot their names...Laurel something.

When they revoke your papers... it kind of means they tore them up and they are no good. The government says you will NOT come to USA because of fraud or misrepresentation. And both Fraud and Misrepresentation are VERY difficult to win with the governement so be prepared for a fight if you want to try and come to USA. I think your chances of coming to USA now after a REVOKE is probably less than 10% chance. But, if you have money (Thousands for a lawyer for this) and you do not want to live in Morocco then it might be worth a try.

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Your wife needs to hire a lawyer with experience overturning revoked spouse petitions. It is going to expensive and will not be fast.

At this point in time, the government is not going to care that your wife is with you in Morocco. Your visa was denied, the underlying petition was revoked, end of story. The only way you will be able to come to the US is if the revocation decision is appealed successfully. As others have stated, you will need a lawyer who specializes in these types of cases.

We can live in morocco too because usa it not the heaven lol!maybe someday we can have chance to visit usa but for now im realy tired of the system and and god bless u all and anyone tried to help me thank you all

why i cant live with my wife in USA

Well, so far -

1. the casefile was sent back to NVC after yer interview. They wanted to revoke you then and there, but decided to 'do it the right way' and send it back.

2. your wife not respond to the NOIR notice with enough stuff

3. The casefile is being revoked - so no further processing on that I-130 (unless yer wife somehow magically gets an appeal filed in a timely fashion)

It easy we can file the apeal form and my wife will sign it and scan it and send it by email to mom in law so she can do all the job

The appeal is not easy. She has only thirty days from the date of the revocation to file an appeal here in the USA. She needs an experienced immigration lawyer ASAP. If she does not does not file the appeal within that time, the appeal will not be accepted. She can refile another I-130 if the revocation does not say that you cannot refile. If the revocation letter states that not further petitions will be accepted, she can do nothing but appeal within thirty days from the date of the revocation. If no further petitions will be accepted, your case will be labeled as misrepresentation(possible fraudulent) This is very serious. I am sorry to hear about this. Good luck.
