Opened a service request on 10.19.2010. I must allow another 30 days for a response to this service request. Crazy! I found out that the CA service center are only working on the CR 1 received on 03.29.2010. They are at least a month behind. They touched our case on 10.27.2010 at 7 pm, still in initial review. At 8:15 pm, i received an email that the case was approved! YAHHHH Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 173 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 628 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
