Hi,

ive seen numerous posts of people outlining their list of documents they are sending in for concurrent I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 filings - but never do i see actual fee amounts.

I am compiling my folder at the moment and wanted to make sure i have the right understanding for fees involved:

I-485 - $1070 (one cheque, this is 985 + 85 biometrics)

I-130 - $420 (one cheque)

I-131 - no fee when filed at same time (?)

I-765 - no fee when filed at same time as c9 applicant (?)

as my US citizen spouse will also need to do biometrics, does the $85 fee cover both G325As?

thanks!

21/2 - received NOA in mail for all 4 (130/485/765/131)

23/3 - biometrics scheduled -> did "early" walk-in on 21 March

06/4 - received email update, interview scheduled for 7th May

27/4 - received EAD

08/5 - email: approval one day after interview (7th May)

the G325A has no cost. I don't see the i864 and the i693 medical

That is correct.

I don't see the i864 and the i693 medical

Of course you don't because they don't have associated fees. This is a question about fees not what forms are required.

@aleful - you are correct, 864/693 are not on this list, but I wanted to focus on the fee side of things instead.

@Vanessa&Tony - thanks!

I could't edit my previous post, sorry.

any other opinions/experience with fees are welcome!

by the way, from what i heard - for this type of concurrent filing the whole package will be returned if one of the cheques is incorrect. any experience on this?

As was stated by the previous posters, this is correct, minus the G325A fee - there is no fee for that. Regarding filing the AOS with the wrong fees, there seems to be two possible outcomes - one being that the whole package is rejected and bounced back to the original sender due to incorrect fees (definitely the case if you put the wrong amount in one money order, for example), or in a case where there have been two checks for correct amounts, and an additional check for the I-765 which is not needed, USCIS may accept the package and just return the additional check. Based on what I have seen in these forums though, the more likely scenario is that the whole package is bounced back if the fees are incorrect.
