We got our interview date!!!! Yayay!!!!! Hurry up London for everyone else!

7/15/11 Sent K1 Petition to Lockbox

8/10/11 STILL NO NOA1!

8/12/11 Called USCIS to get receipt number-NOA1 will be resent

8/16/11 Received NOA1 with date of 7/20/11

1/3/12 NOA2!!!

1/12/12 Got email notice we are through the NVC.

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Our timeline is like this:

NOA2 was 1/3

NVC received our package 1/12

NVC sent our package on 1/13 (NVC dates are approximate)

Packet 3 received 1/21 or 1/18 not sure

packet 3 sent back in with all the forms 1/24

Medical 1/27

panicked about the visa app receipt since the receipt says they need it up front (which I think now probably isn't true) so sent pkt 3 forms and copy of receipt in again 2/6

received interview letter (packet 4) today with interview set for 2/22

so about 2 week from being ready for interview until receiving the interview letter and another 2 week from receiving letter to the actual date. less than 2 month from NOA2 to interview... that is good going for London. i received my NOA2 two days after you but didnt receive packet 3 until 9 days after you lol but if things move as quick for me at the embassy as they did for you then i could be looking at an interview date of mid March. that will make Jenni happy as it means we will be able to marry while her dad is home from Afghanistan :D
