w00t... NVC says I'm now fully EP converted (or in reality, they converted me Thursday/Friday and not for the whole of the last two weeks) and will be sending out the DS-3032/AOS invoice.

Addendum: It may be wise in the future for people to immediately call when the payment portal gives the false "This case is in the process of termination." message. If it is true that is the indication that manual data entry is complete, the AOS/DS-3032 could be immediately generated so why wait to call?

Saylin: Don't worry! It's more than likely this is just a false checklist! I'm betting they reviewed one of your packages and are now requesting for the other one! Even though it's in the building, they don't bother checking, and most of the time issue that AVR message automatically. Call an operator to confirm this.

Unfortunately, you should have read. This requirement is in the I-864 instructions, written in the guides, and I've mentioned it multiple times in this thread. If you have a joint sponsor, proof of their US citizenship/residency is REQUIRED.

Yes, a US birth certificate will suffice. Other items include: US passport, US naturalization certificate, front/back of green card, etc

When you get the checklist, there should be an included bar-coded cover sheet. You'll have to include that (as the first page), as well as proof of US citizenship/residency. Then just send it to the address on the cover sheet. You might want to include a cover letter (like with the AOS and IV packages), just saying what's included and why you're sending it (received a checklist since you forgot to include it in the AOS package). But this is optional. Makes it neat though IMO.

Yeah, that should work. Just re-print off the AOS bar-coded cover sheet.

For anyone who used the I-864EZ, in the section where you calculate the number of dependents did you zero out all the spots that didn't apply or did you leave them blank?

I left those boxes blank, had no issues.

OK thank you alizon. I am usualy at work when i am here. I work from monday to friday from 8ham to 5hpm. I may miss reading a post or a answer to a post. I apologize if it cause any inconvinience.
