Another $350 at the time of scheduling interview

Is this correct:

A.) When your fiance is scheduling online the appointment for the interview for the K-1 visa, it's another $350 USD?

And, THIS is IN ADDITION TO the $340 that we all sent with the I-129F initial petition???

And, to my understanding, this is paid online with credit card, or cash at a bank.

B.) Then, is there YET ANOTHER fee, AFTER THE VISA IS GRANTED? How much might that be?

The fee to file the petition is $340.

The fee for the visa is $350.

The fee for Adjustment of Status which is applied for after entering the US and getting married is $1070.

Oh yes! And another and another and another. $350 for the visa, $1070 for the green card, $585 for removal of conditions, $630 for citizenship PER PERSON, we had Alla and two boys, so all that times 3

And the fees are the cheap part!

$350 is payed before the interview its the visa fee. You don't pay them again until you file for AOS a whopping $1070 in the USA after marriage.

The $350 is paid before the interview. You will need a Columbia specific answer for how passports with visas in them are returned; depending on how that is done, a delivery fee may be assessed.

And, I'm really not concerned about not getting the visa, but... accordingly, these days, they are getting EVERYONE for the $350, visa granted or not. Good of them ;-)

Also before the interview your fiance has to have a medical that will be over $200.

From reading the Instructions for Packet 3 and 4, sent from the embassy to her email,...yes, that looks to be about what I would convert the costs to, ... about $200 USD.

What would you think, (anyone from Colombia), maybe another $20-$30 for vaccinations?

Small costs for 6 MORE photographs? Passport-style, if I read those instructions correctly.

So...$350 for making interview appointment

.......$250 for medical exams/vaccinations, photos.

Any other major expenses between here and the airplane ticket to get her here??

You need to file AOS as soon as possible after the marriage. without it she cannot work and cannot travel.

If she leaves the USA without filing AOS and having the AP card or green card she will not be allowed back in without filing for a whole new visa and waiting for a year.

It "pays" to do this research before starting the process! lol
