Hay Ricardo, do you know anything about it ? I raised this question few days back too. Many people have told me that my wife could have problem if she is expecting. They said they might deport her from the airport. Is there any truth ?

:(

I second Recardo! I can consider myself well versed in US regulations. There is no such thingie- however there is restriction by airline but that is only if you are into last few weeks of delivery and that too, totally on medical grounds that medical help is not possible if something of that kind happens on-board. Each airline has that policy available online, so please check the airline that you most likely to take to fly to USA. Let me know if you don't find it and I'll look up.

Best wishes,

Guys, have faith! Dates won't freeze. In February VB there was a notice about Visa availability for F2A in coming months which indicated to expect forward movement of one to two months. Unless there is another notification, I believe that notice is current. So come worst, at least there will be one month movement. Mine is 5 weeks away, so I hope it is at least 6 weeks forward movement, but hoping and wishing many months of movement so that everyone is current.

Best wishes,

Good luck

Hey Ricardo!! Do you think this upcoming VB will not freeze or will date move like what they are saying ? Man I'm anxious and can't wait to see people getting appointment , your thoughts my friend. :)

Nope... Dont see it. They're gonna get ya in and out star_smile.gif

you are probably right, but, that doesnt mean we should stop trying. You NEVER know, someday something, someone will take note and may do something. I do feel writing to presidents office or even to Michelle Obama, explaining about the family situation WILL HELP.. I am trying and can only hope others do too. Its not going to hurt any by sending emails.. it can only help...

Nice... Stay encouraged.

Hi... don't worry about SIF... with US immigration nothing is predictable...

Signin was reopened for many people for repayment of fees after addition of beneficiary and also after retrogression....

if you read this and previous thread (march 2012) few people receive interview and can still sigin to NVC portal page...

Enjoy....
