I'm about to have the bigget freak out ever, our case left NVC on August 20 and hasn't been received at the Moscow embassy yet.............

have you used the DHL website to track the package and determine if it was signed for @ the consulate yet?

Just thought I would do some checking in guys. We've less than a week to go before I arrive.

Nice to see there's lots of congratulations to be given here and lots of progress. Texas, we're still thinking of you guys. It's absolutely crazy and utterly inhumane. You deserve to be fast tracked at this stage.

I'm sorry to see kitty had to reschedule but it sounds like everyone is safe and sound at the moment. It might be an extra delay but at least people are safe.

I'm still filling my boxes up, and doing the last few goodbyes. Predictably, we have a thunderstorm right now, reminding me just how wonderful the British weather is (HAH)

Thank you Neetz, that's absolutely amazing and detailed review! Have you noticed if you can pay cash in there? A few people mentioned it but then again most is paying with cheques... I would prefer bring cash with me...

And finally I am really sad Texas still hasn't heard anything, it really sucks... I have been away from VJ for the past few days, trying to rest and get my head around things before Terry visits me this Sunday. I can't believe I haven't seen him in over 6 months!!!

Anyway as I said I got my packet 3 on Monday and I have sent it back to them via courier this morning. Delivered and signed at 12.30pm. Now hopefully they won't schedule my interview for next week since I am away but by checking other Irish folks looks like you wait 1-2 weeks for them to send you packet 4 so I should be safe... If everything goes according to plan I will be moving by the end of October :)

If this was it, then I dont understand why they say that it's not delivered yet :(

Don't sweat it. All the DOS can ever really tell you is if the case has been logged and P3 dispatched. They have no knowledge of if it's been received or not, only if an administrator has wanded the barcode in. Yours will be in an administration queue. Also remember the DOS runs about 24 hours behind most of the embassies. It's only a few days so it has to be processed and logged in formally. Don't worry!
