The Non-USC is the person applying for adjustment of status.

The USC only fills out the I-864 and provides supporting documents for it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

For AOS is the Petitioner my Husband.. Correct? (My Husband is Jamaican, the non citizen)

He is the one that is signing the cover letter and filing all the forms right?
