Good day, one quick question: our application is in CSC and they sent us this RFE, it's disappointing as we were hoping to receive our NOA2. Anyway, how long does it usually take to get a result after sending them what they requested for? Thank you! :)

Ours was fixed within 30 days of sending it in. Still received our Visa within 10 months.

i received a rfe too they sent us one january 4th we sent them the response January 13th. they change our status on USCIS webiste into" request for evidence reponse review" january 19th. I am waiting this week to see what willl happen, but i feel NOA2 coming up this week as God is in control since the beginning.

5 weeks for me and still no sign :blink::wacko: Hopefully this week or next, but it could be not until Feb 13th which would make it exactly 60 days. That's how long they have to give a decision according to the paperwork they sent me. Good luck to you :thumbs:

can i have my wife call USCIS to pressure them to give the final response to our Case? We made a expedite lastly and i am pretty sure that is why they went to our case, reviewed it and noticed that something was wrong. My wife is having complication in her pregnancy and i can not sit here and waiting. I see some cases being taken 2 months to be completed ( including visa approval ). How can i pressure them? we faxed a document to her Senator. What can be done people?
