Don't be so quick to jump on the defensive. Even if you think the tone of that post was off it did make a very valid point...

The CO at the US Embassy will want to know how your family plans to cover the sister's medical expenses. If the CO isn't convinced that you have this covered then your sister can be denied on the grounds that it's likely she'll become a public charge.

I just want to be sure you don't overlook this very important fact.

Its not just OP but there are lot of other ppl who only want to hear what they want to hear.

I have no idea why they think that when someone make negative remark, ppl are being rude. Infact the negative remarks are the ones which one needs to think about and if they can successful solution for those then they should not have any problem in getting visa.
