Just checked my Usps status online it's been delivered at 12:03, Yay!! Been reading Vermont processing time is longer than California's. Dont mind the wait pray for no RFE's! I may need to travel my dad isnt in the best of health.

Yay!!! Good luck! ^_^ I hope VSC processes yours quickly with no RFEs!

I really hope ours gets delivered tomorrow - we mailed it at 10 AM and I think the drop-off cut-off time for Express Mail is 12 NN :)

I'm sorry to hear about your dad :( I hope his health gets better! My dad passed away last June right after we booked my flight to go home so I could help take care of him - I was devastated. I didn't even get to see him :( We thought I was going to be able to take care of him when my husband and I booked my flight but I didn't make it...I just got there in time for the funeral. :( I miss him everyday :(

We have been eligible to file since beginning of November, I am just getting around it and putting it together. I have a question tough. I have not filed to change my address with the USCIS website. Should I change the address right now before I sent my documents? What do you guys think or was anybody else in the same situation? :)

Hi! I think it would be best to file your change of address before filing your I-751.

The quickest way to do it is online at https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

Or if you prefer, you can mail the form - at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/ar-11.pdf

Your sponsor must also file the I-865, Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address - http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-865.pdf

cant believe 2 yrs gc is almost over and hello ROC...sending mine nxt month =)Im glad i found this ...anyone can share about the sworn letter from a friend?and how many do we need to put in?

Hi! You need at least two affidavits from friends who have personal knowledge of your relationship :)

It has to have their contact information, date and place of birth, their relationship to you, and full details of their knowledge of your relationship.

They say that these do not have to be notarized but our friends had them notarized anyway, just in case.

It doesn't have to be a money order. You can send a personal check as long as it's drawn from a U.S. bank and is in U.S. currency ;)

We sent a personal check for our AOS too and it was cashed with no problems ^_^

then i have a bunch of choices :) I guess I will wait next week instead since my bank is one hour away and shifting money around is such a pain. gathering from the posts, Im still safe to send it within 60 days of my GC expiration date.
