New Delhi is known for never sending packet 3. How did you send packet 3?

Did you email the forms or send them via courier?

By the way, when you type in all caps it makes it very annoying to read.

Good luck.

I am the petitioner.

I CALLED TO DOS AND THEY SAID THIS IS NOT IN OUR PROBLEM.WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?

Do you mean to tell me that you called the Department of State and spoke to a visa specialist and the response you got was "Not our problem"?

I find that hard to beleive.
