Finally VSC has approved an August 2011 k1 petition. I was getting nervous when some of the most recent approvals on Igor's list were May 2011 petitions.

K1 visa - NOA1 - September 19, 2011

Yeah I saw that too...I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but I am very glad to see August files approved. here's hoping for you and all... :thumbs:

Mailed our response to the RFE: 5/15/2013 (We sent the co-sponsor's U.S. birth certificate)

EAD: arrived 6/24/13

AOS: APPROVED! No interview! Approval (NOA-1 letter)Date: 9/24/2013

2 year conditional green card received 09/2013.

10 year permanent residency approved 2016.

July 20 K-1 filer here and still waiting...:crying: Perhaps if I would have filed in August instead? Good for the August filer!!

I just looked on Igor's list and believe it or not, there are a couple of September filers who already have their NOA-2's. I'm happy for them but disgusted I'm still waiting!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
