I just have a question, why it happens???

It's so unfair, I love my baby more than everybody and more than anything else in the world.

Why me and people who are in love have to wait so long, I don't appreciate it.

And why visa can be stuck somewhere and we will have to wait additional time?

There is no logic to any of this..................It is just UNFAIR :(

I wish I had an answer as to why so many people have to be in pain, and be without their soulmate.........there is just no explanation.

Well I could rant about the entire immigration process -but I will spare everyone today

These are just the trials we have to go through in order to be with someone not of our own country. I know it's hard but it is all worth it in the end and at least we have the priviledge of being allowed to bring someone into our country!! Good luck and hang in there, you'll make it :)

We have all felt like you do when we started out our journeys as well.

I often used to ask why I didn't just try to find someone to spend my life with in Canada, so there wouldn't be all the hassles involved. But I couldn't imagine my life without my husband, so I had to put all that out of my mind, and get down to the business of getting myself to the U.S.

It has been a struggle from time to time, but now that we're here together, it made the whole process all worthwhile.

You will feel the same way too when your time comes. Just be patient, be there for each other, and every day will be one day closer to your goal.

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

3/24/11 Received 10 year Green Card in the mail - Done. Feels good :-) 'till we do this again for US Citizenship.

12/5/11 mailed packet for Naturalization

12/9/11 was received by USCIS.

4/6/12 received letter for fingerprint appn.

4/23/12 9am fingerprint appointment - done :-)

4/30/12 Recieved Letter for Interview - Sche. 5/31

5/31/12 Interview & Testing

5/31/12 Testing Approved - Waiting for next step

6/21/12 Rcvd email, placed application in the oath sched. que :-)

6/25/12 Rcvd letter - Oath Ceremony is on 7/11/12 @ 9:15am :-)

I know how you feel, everyday seems like an eternity.....all you can do is try and keep yourself busy with POSITIVE things and POSITIVE thoughts....that is what I do. I plan alot for our future together and things like that. Don't worry, we are all going through the same thing and we are all here for you :):)

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

Probably everybody on here knows how you feel and it is really hard but I can tell you today - the first big relief is NOA2 and after that the interview - it is just a fantastic feeling.

Nothing is fair about waiting, just hang in there and do what you can to distract yourself from the waiting part.

It's a pain, but I have always thought: To have been blessed enough to find that person, you gotta work hard for it. There has to be a balance--to make up for all the joy and happiness a little frustration is required. And when you think of it, that's not much to ask.

I dunno if that helps you at all, but it gets me through the rougher days.
