Hi all :), Please I would like very much for you to tell me what do you think about the evidence I have and will take with me to the interview in Peru, in my case im not married yet and I will attend the interview alone bcause my fiance can´t come :( ... but for proof of ongoing relationship n bona fides I have:

- Copy of the passport stamps of my fiance when he came to visit me (2 times,8 days each one)this he has already presented in the petition.

-Pics of we both together,of we with my friends in a party, n other of we both with my family and his mom.

-Phone bills of my cellphone, where it shows calls from december past year (I had other phone which had not bills before) and there is his number and dates, there are not much calls, some months just 4, some others like 20, it depended on what way we wetre communicating at the moment, bcause we also used magic kack for iphone, skype, whatsapp, n much times he called me bcause its cheaper when he does, the thing is that he uses cards so there are not bills, but I have like 8 phone bills, till last month.

-Call logs from Magic Jack for Iphone with a few calls, ( we dont use this much)

-Skype call logs. This has lots of calls.

-Mails.

-Western Union receipts of the times he has sent me some money for docs or stuff.

-Contract to rent an apartment with my name on it in the date he has been here.

-Facebook screenshots

-Whatsapp screenshots.

-Maybe skype pics would help?

Do you guys think this is enough?? Should I add something else on it? I would aprecciate your suggestions and advice :)

That's more then I have planned. I have screen shots from Skype showing both of us on video chat, of course pictures from when I was there in July. We don't talk on the phone, we email once in awhile but mostly we use Skype daily.

The "Embassy Info" for Lima says that it is "highly recommended that the U.S. fiance(e)/spouse attend" the interview, but some of the recent reviews are from beneficiaries who attended the interview alone. (If this were Ecuador, I could tell you right now what would happen if you went to the interview alone -- consider yourself fortunate.)

I would bring as many fotos as you can -- spanning the term of your relationship, showing you and him in different situations and with different friends/family members. Be sure to know his phone number(s), address, place of work, etc., in case you're asked.

Good luck, si man -- let us know!

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Thank you very much for your help! I know it says its recommended to attend to the interview with my fiance but regretably thats not possible :( . He has come to visit me 2 times and we dont have pics w many people, just in a party with a group of my friends and then with my family and his mom who also came to meet me :) , we have pics we both alone... in total about 20-30 pics is what we are attaching... Yes I know his phone number, place of work, address, family, friends, etc, etc. Do you think I should put there something else that could help!!! Thank you again!!

You're welcome, si man. :) Your fotos sound good. All that I can suggest is that you organize your various logs (phone, Skype, etc.) to show a consistent, lengthy timeline. This should not be crucial (as it would be for Guayaquil), but it cannot hurt and may help.

Also: Be sure that in none of your messages do you playfully refer to each other as "esposo" and "esposa." Giving the impression that you're married is the kiss of death for an I-129F petition or a visa application, si man.
