i did try this roaming matter when i was at the airport(NAIA) the lady at the counter ask me if i want my phone number works in usa when i get here i said yes,THEN what i did is register my phone no.to the roaming customer service an hour before my flight then turn it off when the plane is about to leave,when u turn it on when u arrive at LAX or whereever airport u ganna head my phone says'at&t mobile i was like what the....then it shows signal and u have to have atleast 300pesos load and 100 pesos remaining to continue the service,you can text but u cannot use calls,TEXT ONLY.u can receive text also but cannot receive calls.that how it works,when i arrive at the airport i text my husband i go hey i passed the immigration and i am here now in carousel to pick my laggage and he was there outside the airport waiting with the lemo what an awesome!!
