Hello,

I am married to an Indonesian lady and want to get a visa for her so she can come to the USA. I filed the I-130 form and received back a NOA letter.

My question is can I file the I-129f form now or need to wait for other notifications?

Nope the I-129F is for fiance'. The I-130 is your only path for married people.

You can file the I-129f for the K-3 path. But keep in mind, it is usually administratively closed and keeps going on the CR-1 path. Sometimes the K-3 path is faster, but more expensive in the long run.

You are better off not filing for K-3 and stay on the path you are on.

Nope the I-129F is for fiance'. The I-130 is your only path for married people.

Wrong! The I-129F /can/ be used in conjunction with the I-130 to pursue a K3 visa. However, it no longer saves a considerable amount of time over the *R-1, and as mentioned by sheeshkabelle, is often administratively closed by NVC.

K3 is basically obsolete, go the CR-1 route which means you don't have to file i-129f. Just wait for NOA2.

I was putting together the I-129f package now I am wondering...

Don't bother with the I-129F. Just let the I-130 run its course as a standalone. If you do submit the I-129F, your I-130 will be pulled from its current place in the queue and place with the I-129F that would have just been submitted, that's how USCIS ties the two petitions together.
