Hi All,

The NVC have entered our file in for processing and have given us an NVC case number. I rang and got the IIN from them, but can't seem to log into the "Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center" website to check if bills have been generated. Is it possible to sign into this website prior to sending in DS-3032?

I also gave them email addresses for myself and spouse. Are we simply waiting for them to manually enter all our data and generate DS-3032?

I really want to call back and ask whether they have generated DS-3032 but the guy sounded a bit disgruntled!

Is there anything else we should be doing at the moment? We have most of our stuff for AOS and IV packets ready to go.

Thanks for your help, this site is amazingly supportive.

Edit:

Info for others, it took 29 days for them to generate the NVC case number from date of NoA 2.

It usually takes a couple of days to be able to log into the payment portal. Just keep trying.

As for the DS-3032, I'd suggest you email it right now, instead of waiting. Follow the template here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form A little warning though: if you send it now, it may be too early as they might not have your case inputted yet. So if you get a response saying they can't add that information, just re-send the email again. This way, at least you're not sitting around wasting time. Plus, it could get accepted and you could shave off a few days in this process.

Thanks Saylin,

Overnight we got two emails from the NVC, one with the AOS invoice, the other with DS-3032. I emailed NVC this morning as per the example template on here (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form). Hopefully they accept the email ok, however I sent the hard copy as well, just in case they need the signature.

We paid the AOS bill and it's now showing as Pending on the Payment Centre portal. One thing I noticed, it appears I can already print the bar coded AOS coversheet, even though payment hasn't been processed. Can we go ahead and send in our AOS package ahead of payment being received? Sending it from Australia will take at least 5 days anyway so payment would most likely clear before it arrived at NVC... thoughts?

I would have been so lost without this website, thanks again all.

Grats on getting the initial information package and emailing the DS-3032. There was no need to snail mail it as most VJ members here get their email accepted within a few days.

I would NOT suggest mailing it out to NVC until it appears as PAID. I say this just in case something goes wrong with the payment and you have to re-do it or something. But, it's up to you. If you want to take that chance, then you can mail it. But if it were me, I'd wait.
