You can send them either together or separately, it's up to you.

If you are sending in one make sure inside big envelope you have individual envelope for AOS and IV . Sending together gives you better chance of quick process as all the needed papers arrive at same time.

It actually makes little difference since the two packages are sent to totally different groups at NVC for evaluation--the timing for one is absolutely independent of the timing of the other.

I sent mine together in the same package and just paper clipped them separately and it took about one week for them to look at them and close my case

Here's how I look at it:

Pro of sending them separately: NVC will get one package faster and might have a chance to start reviewing it before your second package is sent out

Pro of sending them together: save money on an envelope and postage
