Madame Mermaid, I'm surprised you're even bothering with this jackass anymore.

Pretentiousness can very easily be confused with authority. I think it wise to point that out ;)

Well said, as usual.

And where is dmartmar, I wonder.... he's usually all over these threads...

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Wow this is a lot to digest. I can say the marriage was indeed valid from the get-go. We haven't signed any separation agreement or anything, at this point just living apart... So is this truly a separation in the eyes of the law?

I really appreciate everyone's reply this is all very enlightening.

Don't you still have to file the forms stating where you both live and if you move or have you not been doing that? If she's not living with you, they should know.

I wonder if a lawyer has to use such words, and, I wonder if you realize that what you ask in your profile related to the unacceptable negativity of others in regards to you, is what you are using in every of your posts in this thread towards others, who, btw did not use with you insults, and above all not true arguments. I hope that you'll take time to read all the above posts you wrote here. For example, the laws immigr. examples Merdmaid took the time to transcript to you, which you did not agree with. I don't think it's right what you do, are you against the law? against the responsability of everybody involved (beneficiary, petitioner, USCIS, etc) in this such complex situations? and don't think that simple insults are usefull to understand and especially to take the time needed to think, and think right. Finally, do you know the saying that what does it mean when somebody brings all the time the issues to personal levels? and how many did you personnaly insult on here? they did not do that...but, again, i really don't know what type of legal pro you are, being overall such against/above the laws!...hm! very strange!

Yes. Pursuant to Section 265 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC 1305), the alien is to report a change of address within 10 days of a change in residence, by way of an AR-11. A sponsor, by way of an I-865 pursuant to 8 CFR 213a.3 ( 8 USC 1183a) within 30 days, so, indeed, if separated one of them has a requirement to report.

My wife and I went through a tough adjustment period (her adjusting to my unreasonable behaviors...lol) once she got here, and there was one point where I didn't think we were going to make it, nor did I care.

Given your responses on this thread, I'm not surprised to learn that your wife likely did have difficulties adjusting to your unreasonable behavior. The question is... How did you convince her to put up with your behavior for this long?

Its amazing...Miss Debate goes off, and then these "new members" from yesterday and today show up one after another...anyone else notice this 'coincidence?' Or, it seems like everyone is concerned about what I write! Very attentive to every little sentence too! It's amazing! Obviously, some people can't read and understand tongue in cheek...Should I elucidate? Nah, waste of time...we're still on to you Miss Debate Stalker!!!!! Now all the posts are disappearing...looks like Miss Debate couldn't handle the pressure of being bested!!!! Oh well!
