I realize this might be partly redundant, but here goes anyway... How many of us with July NOA1's were finally touched this week but haven't received an e-mail, snail mail or have a status update on the USCIS website?

Also, were any July NOA1's touched this week. Then didn't get an e-mail or update on USCIS website but got an NOA2 or RFE via snail mail?

Cool! I'm guessing that you're status on the USCIS website still reflects NOA1?

Finally figured out how to use this site. I got a touch on Sept 20. First I've received since I sent the petition.

The process is driving me nuts and I'm addicted to this site even though I think it makes things worse for me.

Anyway, I haven't heard a thing since I sent it.

After you get a touch, click on your NOA1 receipt number to get your status. That's how I first learned of my NOA2. The email and snail mail came later.

Good luck for fast approvals!

Tom

Thank for for updating your timeline. (My Assistant, then edit/add my timeline.)

Thank you so much for your support, Tom! My fiance and I highly appreciate your pertinent analysis of the USCIS work as well as your deeply moral views. As for our case number on the USCIS website, we clicked it too, but it shows the same status ("...we will mail you a decision as soon as the processing is complete.") We guess that time will yet answer our questions. God bless!

I have a feeling that this 'consensus' that was appearantly reached that says 'dont send too much supporting evidence with your I129-F, save it for the interview' is incorrect. My guess is that those that got touches without approval means that not enough evidence was sent in - I guess we'll see how this all pans out soon. I wound up getting an RFE but I won't know for sure what they want until I get it. Being in Arizona, I'm hoping it will be in my mailbox on Monday.
