RFE turn around questions?

I received and mailed my RFE back overnight on 9/18. They received and signed for it on 9/19.

Here are the questions:

1 - It still does not show received on their web site and no email. How long does that take?

2 - Once they finally acknowledge it, how long to an NOA2?

I know there is no magical numbers here, but just trying to gage from others experience.

The RFE was not IMBRA? Rather, requesting other evidence?

If so, RFE acknowledgement has been very fast lately. 2 or 3 days typically.

If the evidence you sent is satisfactory, you will be hearing something very soon.

Mine was just the IMBRA. The 3 questions.

IMBRA was recieved like two weeks. Maybe depends on the area you are at.

well, i got an rfe (not imbra) from the california service centre on the 11th of september, sent it back on the 12th, post office tracking said they got it on the 13th, and csc told me they got it on the 18th. my case was approved on the 20th. good luck mate and i hope it's even faster for you.

I received an RFE - IMBRA back in late Aug .

Returned same via DHL in beginning Sept , case status shows received Sept 06.

I have still not received NOA 2.

Don't worry and be patient NOA 2 will come.

mailed the I-130 rfe on 9/20/2006 with return receipt and all the goods..... still waitin....

As far as the approval, it depend on service center...
