I missed tonight's show too... What a bummer :( First time I missed an episode!

December 13, 2007 - I-751 submitted to NSC (removing of conditions fun begins...)

December 22 - Received a rejection notice because the form was not "properly signed". Package itself was not returned.

January 1, 2008 - Received packet back from CSC. They are requesting we resubmit the packet (which is already organized by CSC) with a properly signed form.

January 2 - Packet resubmitted to California.

January 12 - NOA1 received (dated 01/07/2008)

January 19 - Biometrics appointment notice received (dated 01/15/2008)

February 1 - Biometrics

March 11 - Approved! Card production ordered (notified via e-mail).

March 20, 2008 - New card arrived in the mail :)

Done until 2018 :)

Think its thursday we get it in UK - and Chris and Kat are stil my faves - I just can't get into Taylor at all.

Perhaps its cos when i think 'idol' I think 'pop star' and Taylor just doesn't FIT into that category. Yes he's entertaining and he has a decent voice but he just doesn't strike me as 'star' material.

Totally agree with you on Taylor... never have cared for him. :no:

Ok...somebody please check Paula's cup because that isn't Coke that she's drinking!!!!!!

I have to say that I'm really rooting for Chris....he's proved to be the most versatile singer. That was a great performance last night.

My guess for bottom three are Pickler (surprise, surprise), Taylor and Paris. My husband and I were talking about Paris last night and we came to the conclusion that they need to change her style (hair, clothes, etc) because they are making her look a lot older than she is, she's also picking songs that are not right for her. I think she should've picked something from a contemporary artist last night...would like to hear her sing something from Mariah Carey or Alicia Keys....

Pickler's getting the boot tonight.......sorry Reinhard.. :dance::dance::dance:

I think that these artists styles could give a certain UMPH to the contestants...

I can't wait to see tonight's episode... i LOVE Andrea Botticelli... got hooked on him when I saw him with Celine Dion...

Pickler's eyes never show any emotion while she sing - just a blank stair... how could she pass tot his round?

K-1 = 4 months

AOS = 5 months

I-751 = almost one year

i am clueless...

now don't get me wrong... i am a southern gal with the southern accent...

but, pickler needs to stick to country... i think she could possibly have a career there... not sure if it would be a smash like it has turned out for carrie underwood...

i'm saying pickler is gone tonight... that's my 2 cents worth...

ya know what? i think that they need to bring some more versatile challenges...

I really hope so. It's sort of embarassing for her to be there now. You could tell that's what the judges were getting at. Sometimes she can sing decently, but she just hits too many off notes to have any shot at being a star. She could probably record an album, since you've got lots of takes to get it right, but I don't see her as a live performer.

i think that if she had some vocal training... she might be ok in the industry... i DON'T think she would be a star such as the likes of:

kelly clarkson

carrie underwood

all through this competition, pickler as just be OKAY with me... until last night... oh man, i could NOT wait for the song to end!
