Help with G-325A

Hi, I am new to the site but I am trying to get help with the paperwork for K-1. My fiance is in the Philippines and I am trying to figure out the G-325A form. I have read that she has to sign one copy but what does she do with it? Does she send it to the embassy in Manila or send it to me? What about supporting documents such as copies of her birth certificate and passport? Does she send those to me as well? I can't find any clear answers and I am hoping someone can help. Thank you.

its better that you get a signed copy from her , and send it to USCIS... also try to send as much documentation, including passport copy, pics, birth certificate, boarding passes, or visa stamps , this will prevent you from getting an RFEs , and faciliate in a quick process of usually an average of 3-4 months.

Agree, I got my fiancee to file out her 325 form, sign it. I made two copies. She kept one, and I kept one.

This is a REQUIRED document you must submit w/ the i-129 application. You will submit your one for yourself, and one for her.

your fiance completes and signs the G-325A and sends it to you along with a copy of her birth certificate, copy of passport and stamps if they have travelled to the US to visit you, copies of boarding passes if applicable... you then send everything to USCIS with your I-129F application.

You're correct. It's never required to send a copy of the beneficiary's birth certificate with the petition.

have the G-325A signed... passport photo... and don't forget the signed letter of intent to marry-this one really requires the original signature

send them all together to you (petitioner), coz you'll gonna need this documents for filing K1

no sorry my mistake... the beneficiary doesnt need the birth certificate until interview
