Hi, on 15 september i had my interview for k1 fiacee, all my papers were good but only affdavit suport was bad because my sponsor didn't meet poverty limit guidlines and my visa was refused. I rescheduled on 27 september but now i have another co-sponsor wich meets poverty guidlines more than. what do you think about that, i have any chance to get my fiancee visa? is any problem ?

Hi, my visa was refused under section 221(g)"The petitioner needs to provide proof that the aplicant will not become public charge" Now i have a question. can i have another sponsor? because the first sponsor was finace's father. And the officer consul told me to bring another form of i-134! what mean that ?

the sponsor is always the petitioner, if your fiance did not file the i134 then he has to, his father can be the joint sponsor if he doesn't meet the poverty guidelines.

no you didn't understain me, my fiance doesen't work, and his father was the sponsor first time when i had my first interview , but he didn't meet the poverty guidlines,and my visa was refused and the consul officer told me to bring another form i-134. that means to find another sponsor now.

It sounds like you are answering your own question. You need to find another sponsor who meets the income requirements.

Just curious...did you interview at the U.S. Embassy Manila?

that means the person in USA who is your sponsor does not make enough money to support you.. See the guidelines online

So, as others have stated: You will need a new co-sponsor. They will need to meet these income requirements, based on 'family size' (inc. your fiance): http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf
