The last I heard they were not going to issue a visa, but then I talked to him this weekend and he said once they turned in a new medical exam they were going to issue the visa and he was scheduled to turn that in on Monday or Tuesday. So at least they can move on with their life together, it is just so sad that they lost their child. Good luck Clay!

Got pink on Monday and scheduled to pick up visa 10/11 but very costly. I appreciate everyone's thoughts.

Thank you for the update. I am so sorry for your life changing tragedy. I am relieved that you and your significant other will finally be able to be together and spend some time mourning together. I can only offer the silent support of a stranger on the internet. My thoughts are with you.

My condolences. The best of luck when she arrives and the rest of your future.

I just heard from Clay, their visa was not there waiting, it was pushed back to the 20th, I guess if they keep giving them the run around he will just move here. Hopefully it wont come to that

way late here but very sorry to hear the sad news clay. wishing you guys the best moving forward.

also you don't need a vietnam visa to board an airplane...you can always do the paperworks at the viet immigration...especially in lieu of family emergencies and deaths.
