Bayview Park Hotel. About a 15 minute leisurely walk from the embassy. If you negotiate, you can get a basic room that includes breakfast for 3500p. Good Wi-Fi. Good amenities. Would stay again. 
 

Red Planet is a couple minutes closer to the embassy. Super tiny rooms. No amenities. Did I mention the room was tiny? About 3000p. Not for me.
