I am filing AOS from K1 status. I got Biometric appointment in Dover, Delaware. So, what they doing to us when we there? Anybody have it in Dover before? Please share your experience here.

All they do is take your finger prints and take a picture. You fill out a short form with some details from your case. Thats it!

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Fill out a short form, photo and fingerprints. They can compare to the ones obtained at the embassy. Then wait, be sure to request AP and EAD.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

mine was done in Dover, staff were really nice considering i had a 2yr old nd newborn, i didn`t get my EAD card after my fingerprints/picture, was I supposed to ?

They use the picture from the biometrics appointment to make the EAD card, but they don't give you the card at the biometrics appointment. When the EAD is approved then they'll make the card and mail it to you.

This could be a bit confusing for people, and already has been in this thread. You do not make any requests for your EAD and AP at your biometrics appointment. You simply go there, fill out the short form, get your photo taken, fingerprints taken, and then you are done. If you filed for EAD and AP along with your I-485, then once they are approved (usually not too long after your bio appt.), you will receive your EAD/AP card in the mail.
