I received an email and text today that my I-485 Application was transferred to California Service Center for processing. Does anyone know how long the CSC takes to process an I485 (marriage based) after it has been transfered?

hi were August filers too,i got text& email yesterday..it takes 18 days to responce after we sent our AOS package..they already cash the checks for me& my daughter,waiting for the hard copy of NAO1..hope going smooth our papers Aug.filers,good luck to us

I just tracked the package and expected delivery date will be on September 2.. AhhI'm just so excited!

tracked our package and they signed for it at 1:31 pm today !!! now i wonder how long it will take .. my son starts school tommorow and i have no clue what to do with my days ..

I noticed a couple of my fellow September 2010 K1 filers in here with September 12 Biometrics appointments. That happens to be our day as well. It will be exactly 364 days from when I sent in the K-1 petition.

Has anyone else had any troubles opening a joint bank account with their forigen spouses? I do not know if it the the laws in Florida or what, but no bank will accecpt her passport with visa and stamped I-94 card along with ss card and marriage certificate as suffucent ID. It is like they are refusing to aknowlage her existence.

The mingling of financial assets and joint ownership of property is one thing that the AOS adjudicators look at, so I was hoping to get some things set up soon. I guess we will have to wait for her EAD card so she can get a driver's license to use as ID.

Hello. Can I join you guys? I mailed our packet last week Aug 23. We didn't want to overnite it so we paid the lowest amount. Expected delivery was Aug 29. It got there Aug 29 and today they cashed the check wooo hooo. How long will it taketo get the approval foe EAD?
