uscis approved our case for I130

still now NVC NOT YET GIVE case codebar

i print this DS3032 from internet and i sign and i send by post to my wife in dallas

i do this for wins time

my wife she can add the codbar to this form DS3032 IN THIS PAPER ?

and NVC WILL NOT REFUSE MY DS3032 IF my date of sign this form is 21 july and NVC WILL SEND THIS FORM AND CODEBAR CASE AFTER 21 JULY

Instead of doing all of this why not just e-mail the DS-3032?

Have you paid your fees at NVC yet? IV and AOS Fee's?

Until you pay your fee's and receive the status as "Paid" will they accept the DS-3032.

Er, what? The IV fee is only invoiced AFTER the DS-3032 has been accepted.

And paying the AOS fee has nothing to do with the acceptance of the DS-3032.

It's up to you. Most people select the petitioner in the US, those who have an attorney don't complete this form as the attorney would automatically be designated as the agent by the NVC. The designated agent receives correspondence from the NVC.

It doesn't really matter.

Remember, if you give your email addresses over to an operator, then you'll BOTH get packages emailed to you both.

So no matter who you choose as agent (and you give your email addresses over), then you'll both get the packages by email.
