In that case don't attach any PCCs and just include a letter stating that the PCC will be submitted at interview. NVC accepts it and closes the case eventhough a RFE is generated for this. This way, you save time and headache.

Just few notes:

Just few notes:

I see your Consulate is New Delhi. NVC will not accept your DS-230 without PCC. I am in the same situation and I just got RFE yesterday. I included a letter requesting them to allow me to submit PCC few days before interview at consulate/ VFS.

As of yesterday, the agent told me that I can email/ or mail copies of the PCC. I am going to validate this information one more time before I send them copy. Also, based on our learning experience with case of Navyk( no offense!) I'll suggest you stick to one method of delivery. Do not email and send the paper copies. This may lead to more delays.

Jazz88, I know Mumbai accepts such request but if Delhi doesn't accept, then sending the copies of the PCCs may be your best option.

Msupreme2284, I take no offence at all - you can always quote my experience to warn/ help others. That is my intent.

today i send both package.

first i put in 2 separate package..then put in 1 package send to them

on both package i write down AOS & IV package.

my husband send me PCC copy & he notary from court also he put some kinda stamp for out side country's. so i think its good to go.

they gone received tomorrow now i have to wait until Monday.

actually i try overnight but from our town USPS can't deliver overnight so i send them on Thursday NVC gone received on Saturday.

but Saturday they closed USPS Person leave msg over there..USPS delivered today.

so tht's mean i have to wait until next monday so i can hear something from them right. :unsure:

That is correct. But also check with NVC on Friday too, just in case one of those is processed quickly. NVC Operator will say " Give is 20 bus days", just listen and ignore that.

i received this email from NVC today.

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still

waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the

instructions on the Department of State website at the following address:

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.

From there, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support form online, then print the completed form and mail

it to NVC.

what's tht mean? i called NVc she told me that maybe my both package have different different persons.so give us more time to review it your second package & we will let you know.

do i need to send them Affidavit of support again or i ned to wait for it.

No, I think it is the false RFE for I-864 after your DS-230 is processed. Once your I-864 is processed, that message will change. Just wait for a day or two - generally AOS procesed takes longer than DS-230 and those go to different departments.
