Yes, put each in a separate envelope each and send both in another envelope. They get sent to different departments where those would be processed. You may still get a false RFE after first one is processed before the second is processed. Very rarely both may get process completed on the same day. All the best.

No, you send one packet but with 2 seperate envelope for the AOS and DS230. I sent mine and had no isssues, write on the envelope I-864 or Ds-230 accordingly and also put your case Number. Don't waste money...good luck

3 different operators will tell u 3 different thing. its liek they are programmed to say 20 business days. :angry:

Just be sure that Your DS-230 goes with original/ certfied copy of the Birth Certificate of Benefiary, Marraige Certificate and PCCs are originals plus one copy each else you will get a RFE.

well he did not send me real PCC he just send me copy's :unsure:

so now i can send copy if they ask for it real then he have to send it again.

In that case don't attach any PCCs and just include a letter stating that the PCC will be submitted at interview. NVC accepts it and closes the case eventhough a RFE is generated for this. This way, you save time and headache.
