Yeah i am doing my best..only thing i need 864 from my uncle. my aunt she is in India..she coming back on Aug 22nd.. so i hope i can get all done before Wednesday.

my uncle going to send I864 for me. means he is going to send Affidavit of Support for my husband.

i want to know if his & his wife tax return joint..so he need to send I864 & his wife need I864A right.

You need to fill in your I-864 and your uncle need to file I-864.

If his income is sufficient to sponsor (3 members - he, you aunt and your husband), then your aunt need not join and he needs to send either IRS transcripts plus his W-2s or their full tax return 1040 plus W-2 and any other forms he filed. In the 2010, 2009 & 2008 income, he needs to fill his income from his W-2

If his income is not sufficient or you want use both your uncle and aunt, then your uncle files I-864 and your aunt files I-864A. They need to send either IRS transcripts (no need of W-2s) or their full tax return 1040 plus W-2 and any other forms he filed. In the 2010, 2009 & 2008 income, he needs to fill their AGI (adjusted gross income).

Let me know if you need any clarification, providing full details on how you want your uncle & aunt to sponsor you.

i filled I864 mine..but last year tax year only show $5000.

but i am confuse about his.. aunt she is in india right now..so i dont know i need her sign on I864 or not.

Don't hurry, get the full details correct and submit. Call your uncle and find out his current income, which determines whether his income is sufficient. He needs 23,162 to support 3 (he, his wife and your husband). Then he can just send his I-864 showing his income. Let us know.

Thats correct. Do not send ALL paperwork until your are 100% sure it is correct and you have it all.

I would rather send my paperwork late and correct than early and incomplete.

It should have a company letterhead

It should state your job title and how long you have been with the company (i.e. date of hire)

It should state your salary

finally received an email asking for a copy of a government-issued document indicating the date of birth (e.g. valid passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate)of petitioner. They lost it i guess lol. Well, anyway, there's a ray of light here after waiting for 46 days finally we got some encourage words from them instead of keep getting 6-8 weeks wait message
