5) LETTER OF INTENT TO MARRY(FROM HER)

6) LETTER OF INTENT TO MARRY(FROM ME)

stop you don't have everything: you need to send in a photo of yourself and you need to send in a form 325a for you also. you don't need the I-134 form at this stage.

if you fail to include to important 2 important parts of your package it's best that you go over your k1 application a couple more times to make sure you didn't leave anything out.

If you already mailed that your going to get a large RFE in the mail thats going to delay your petition. Reading and following the guides is paramount. Its listed step by step and has everything on there that you should be including. Not sure how you missed most of the list. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Please follow the guides and read the instructions for all forms. You do not send the I-134 now. That is for the visa interview later down the line. It will also need supporting docs with it. Your 129F needs vital supporting docs as well, like the proof you have met in person in the last 2 years. Where is your G-325A and passport photo? Again, please read the guides and instructions before sending anything.
