:crying: My happy dance went totally down hill as I started to cry with a TIER 2 agent today. Story now is my case has been on hold waiting for evidence on an expedite request that was done back in october. Now I sent the evidence and got the expedite regected in October so I don't know why they are still waiting for the evidence. Tier 2 agent adviced me to contact CSC directly and send them copy of the letter of regecting the expedite or contact senator....so senator here I come! Please pray with me! :crying::crying::crying::crying:

I just went to USCIS home page and looked at processing times. It now says its average is 6.1 months at California service center and national is over 7 months posted on November 30. So im guessing this is why they are saying 5 months is still in th normal time limit if you call them grrrr even though when we started it was average 5 month or less. I really believed it would be done in 4 cause all before June was averaging about 4 months. Just still hanging in there but my wife is starting to flip out though. All can do in continue to pray. Keep strong everyone we will make it. What does not break us can only make us stronger.

You must be looking at filing as a permanent resident. For a US Citizen its still stating that the average is 5 months.

Lol I feel like an idiot now yeah I guess i clicked the wrong one but It seems it is more accurate than their 5 month status cause as we know that is not true I'm on 157 days myself. So if they had changed it to that least I would have felt it was a closer average. Cause now this seems ridiculous that before June almost everyone was getting approved in 4 months. But as I said all can do is keep praying for good outcome :)
