Same situation, almost same NOA1 and same september 6th story. In our case it was a problem with our delivery address. Our NOA1 mail could not be delivered, so thay had to send it again. That's it until now.

Cheers ^^

That's funny you say that, because they tried to tell us that too - after we'd received the NOA1! :) What can you do except laugh, right?

Indeed!! The USCIS has worn out my patience, so I guess I'm just throwing myself into waiting for when they set us free from this madness :)

Well, one thing I'd been told is helpful is to become the "squeaky wheel." Once your deadline passes, call every DAY. Ask if they need anything, ask if there's any news, and then say "Well thank you. I'll talk to you again tomorrow. Have a great day." What my husband and I are doing is pretty simple - his entire family and all of his (and my) friends want to see this work, so everyone's banding together and writing the congressman some emails. After all, he did say "contact me after the deadline...we can do more then..." poor guy :)

I just saw an August filer on IGORS LIST approved today, NOA1 date was 08/07... maybe this is the beginning of a movement. As I looked at my agenda today to see how far away was the first week of Febuary (the week Officer Fair told me I should be receiving my NOA2) I realized thats next week.....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! OK, I am trying to not get my hopes up...why did I look at my agenda?! FML!

I'm feelin the happy dance vibe :) What else can we do but stay positive, right? On a happier note, a few friends/family are contacting Congressman Morgan Griffith over the next few days too (yay for shows of support!), so we'll see if that helps at all. Whatever happens is meant to happen, in the long run, right? :)
