I love him and he loves me. Does any one know of a lawyer or do I need to get one here in the state I am in? Do I need a lawyer to fight this? I just would if there has been any one if they can tell me any thing about how they made it through and still won?? that is all

Were you denied? or is it just an ap of sorts to verify documents they are requesting? We received a 221g to verify household that I only have 3 children living with me as the 4th is with his father. We had to submit this and it took them almost 6 weeks to verify this and now we are finally approved pending the namechecks....

In order to get help on your fight from VJ’s members, you have to let us know the reason that you got the 221g otherwise the fight is worthless. You might not need to have the lawyer because there are a lot of people that are dealing with Casablanca US Embassy and capable of giving you the best advice dealing with your problem. So that let’s know why the embassy gave your fiancé that paper and what they told him.

Good luck

Please send me a personal email and I will be hppy to further discuss. We are going through the refusal processes now and I may be able to answer some questions that one cannot post on a public forum. God Speed in your process.
