DS-3032 emailed

hii all,

I emailed DS-3032 to NVC email,, but still they didnt answer me ? how long usually will take to approve it? and when they approve the form, can i pay online.. when i go to pay online it said:

Sign In Failed

•Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

is it normal like this, or am not able to pay online..

well when u did send the DS3032 email u did get an automatic response? didnt u?if yes then u can wait 4 to 5 business days (sometimes it takes more) to be approved..

and talking of the paying website, i heard that they are doing ome maintainence in it and it should be ok by 12 am today so u kinda have to wait and try again this afternoon

and yes once u can log in, go ahead and pay ur AOS bill and wait till the statut is PAID so u can print the cover sheet and then send the required documents..

Make sure you emailed it to the right email address. You receive a message saying AUTO RESPONSE any time to email NVC. They will respond to your email individually in just a few days after day - in my case, it was 3 calendar days.

An automatic response looks like this (I got it after i emailed my DS-3032 to nvcinquiry@state.gov):

Thank you for your recent inquiry to the National Visa Center. This

e-mail is an auto response. Please do not respond.

We review and reply as appropriate to all e-mails in the order they are

received.

According to U.S. law, the National Visa Center is only permitted to

discuss details of a visa case with authorized representatives and when

provided with all of the following information:

* NVC case number or CIS receipt number

* Petitioner's name and date of birth

* Beneficiary's name and date of birth

* Your full name

If you are the legal representative, and your G-28, Notice of Entry of

Appearance as Attorney or Representative, is not on file at the NVC,

please include a copy of your signed G-28 showing that you are the legal

representative as well as the following information:

* NVC case number or CIS receipt number

* Petitioner's name and date of birth or Beneficiary's name and

I'm actually having the same thing happen. My husband submitted the email on the 19th still no response other than the auto response. I did call and speak to a rep about the whole sign in filed thing. She advised me that the bills haven't generated yet. So until they have you will get the sign on failed.

FALSE SIF and inability to pay bills this weekend. System undergoing maintenance, and evidently nobody there knows how to change the default error message.

well the moment u send the email u get an automatic response stating that ur msg hs being received..let me check my mailbox

i sent my DS3032 on may 22 and i received the approval of this form on the 25 th ( after 3 days) and it says

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

i emailed them the template of ds 3032 last week even without have our IN yet. today i received a pdf form of ds 3032 does this mean i need to fill up again this form and send it thru email or snail mail since it has to have a signature?

The DS-3032 is completed by the beneficiary designating an agent to receive correspondence from the NVC. Most people choose the USC petitioner to be the agent. If the petition was filed by an attorney, a DS-3032 will not be generated as the attorney will be automatically designated as the agent.

This is to answer some of the questions in this thread:

NVC is reviewing the DS-3032 emails in the order of receipt at their end (We sent on 7/22 but it is still not yet been reviewed by NVC). Please don't go by the past timelines, as the situation now at NVC is totally different. Everything is going to be a little delayed at each stage due to heavy approvals in June/ july.

After you get your Case number and IIN, you will be able to login that day bit it will not allow till your case is entered fully into their system. Once they enter that (taking 5 - 6 days), you will get a AOS Bill email and you can login and pay it (I just did mine yesterday).
