Bitterness bitterness

Thank God I'm not like that!

You're right, it's better to just laugh at those still waiting. Much better! ;)

Bitterness bitterness

Thank God I'm not like that!

Due to lack of reading comprehension here it goes again:

Dante & Geor has leave the room, no more replies for bitter persons. Please leave a message

We happily heard (and read) this the first time! So its definitely NOT reading comprehension.....

Just to let everyone know I got my NOA2 in the mail today, My NOA1 was dated 2/25/11. I never got the email like I did with the NOA1 and on the USCIS website I was still showing under review for today even though the form was dated 7/13/11 that I got in the mail. Does anyone know why this might have happened?

Congrats, mikefromga! :) If I remember correctly I believe a few people have said that the site isn't updated as well as it could/should be, so your application may still say under review when it's actually already approved. I think this is probably the case.

Congratulations. :) It's not uncommon for people to not receive an email or a chance in status on the website. Nothing to worry about! Good luck with the rest of your journey.

Thank you, to Coconuts and Michele, for your support and kindness.

To those being rude to me, get a life. Har har har, you got your NOA2 today and I didn't. Like someone else said, I would love to see if you would still be laughing if it took twice as long and you were still waiting for NOA2.

At this point I don't even care. I'm so used to being shat on during this entire process that a little more really doesn't bother me. Like others have said, karma is a b...

Congrats! I wouldn't let it bother you, if you can help it, as you can see from this thread alone, it's not worth fretting over why some people get things differently from USCIS than others do. We signed up for the text message too, but didn't get it, but we did get an email. I've heard of others not getting an email too, until they get their hard copy. As to the website not updating, I've heard of that too, though it's not common. It might take a bit of time to update... That hardcopy is gold though, when we get ours we plan on putting it in a prominent place in a scrapbook somewhere!
