I not use FaceBook except for commercial launches of stuff.

FaceBook for personal use? Heck No !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Google+ combines the best bits of FB and twitter; it is easy to navigate and doesn't have the games and spam FB has (yet...). It also has much better privacy and ease of filtering (ie if you just want to read your family's news, or want to post a photo just to your friends but not to your family, or just to everyone who is a mom etc). I dislike that it doesn't have a community/ group feature (for example, I work for a cat charity and our FB page is popular to adopt out cats- no such possibility in Google+).

If anyone still needs an invite to Google+, I have some- PM me with your email addy.

I am not so sure about about Google+ until they resolve their security issues. Gmail is getting hacked way to much. Also, I get annoyed at them constantly calling me to buy ad space, improve my listing, etc. They are becoming the new AT&T for the business world.

Gmail hasn't been hacked. Stupid people clicked on links in received emails without taking the proper precautions.
