Ouch Uling. You're saying 20 days for me? That sucks - William33 got his approval 2 days after sending in RFE. How come I've got such bad odds?!!!

He needs time to find another bookie?.....or hide from his loanshark.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I believe that you will get yours just like William33, but the odds work out better for my virtual pocketbook when you receive yours in less than 20 working days. I'm betting the under... not the over! LOL! Cheers!!!

If they are requiring the evidances then send the complete passport copies. both of you. also if possible then ask your family member or friend, who have met both of you personaly. to write an affadavit and notarize it. also if you have done some shopping using your credit cards then the statment of credit card would match many dates and places. infact there are many ways to establish the evidances of meeting. good luck.

I agree! you need to find every little thing you can. Do you have any pictures at all together? ask your fiancee if they can find some pictures. The passports copies are good idea. Make sure that the passports are GOOD copies. You will need to dig up as many things as you can. The evidence of meeting within the two years is probably the most important aspect of the petitions approval.

Also, you should write the letter of explanation again to explain every visit that's in the passports. Just to make the picture clear for the adjudicator.

That is just what I would do. I am not a lawyer.

I agree. Even if you threw away all of your boarding passes, tickets and hotel receipts, there is other evidence you can provide.

Like gugu24 said, photocopies of your passports with entry stamps would be excellent. Credit card or ATM statements, with US or Oz activity. Photos would be secondary evidence, if you can produce any. Be sure to follow the advice from my earlier post about sending the evidence back via USPS with the markings on the document envelope.

Sorry Uling, you are wrong. If they send back the evidence in the the next two days, they will be likely approved within three days after. Probability is high.

If they are requiring the evidances then send the complete passport copies. both of you. also if possible then ask your family member or friend, who have met both of you personaly. to write an affadavit and notarize it. also if you have done some shopping using your credit cards then the statment of credit card would match many dates and places. infact there are many ways to establish the evidances of meeting. good luck.
