I was wondering how long you have to reply to an RFE. I haven't received it yet but was told today by a tier 2 rep that they mailed it out on 6/24.

Not sure what it is for either. Can I call USCIS and get that info or do I have to wait for the hard copy? I would like to be ready to send it out when it comes in the mail....try to be ahead of the game.

Thank you !!

I received a text/update today for RFE. I have no idea what is that they need and was thinking of calling. Not sure if I will get an answer. I did not include any pictures in my application just sworn affidavits....

Has anyone received the info for RFE by calling USCIS. What could this RFE be about?

thank you for your reply

I did call USCIS early today and spoke to a tire 2 Customer Cervice Rep. No luck. They can not see the content of the notice. I guess I have to wait and see what this is about.

Do you guys know what this RFE normally ask for?
